The bookings with the hotels mentioned in the program depend on availability. Reservations will only be made after your booking.
In case the mentioned hotels are not available during the requested period, we will do our best to book a hotel in the same class for you- of course after consulting you.
GORILLA AND CHIMP PERMITS
It is not possible to ‘reserve’ gorilla and chimpanzee permits. Therefore, we can only buy them after your bookings/down-payment and it all depends on availability.
TRANSPORT
We bring quality to your fore sight, with great customized safari vehicles (4×4) for easy wildlife viewing. All clients will have a dedicated window seat. Your professional driver/guide will be at your disposal for questions or translations.

Day 1: Arrival
On arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will be received by our company guide who will transfer you to your place of accommodation in either Kampala/Entebbe for overnight.
Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Following an early breakfast, you will drive from Kampala/Entebbe towards the south-west, to Kibale Forest. This tropical rain forest is famously called the primate capital of the world because of its huge number of primate species that call it home with about 13 different species. it takes about 5-6 hours drive from Kampala with a stop over in fortportal for lunch and then after proceed to your lodge. Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking and community tour
Today you will wake up so early and have your breakfast (6:30am) and then your guide will take you to the park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts when tracking the chimpanzees. Kibale forest is home to the highest number of habituated chimpanzees in the wild hence making your chances of seeing them bright. It takes about 2-3 hours of trekking them and if found clients/tourists are given a full hour of sharing fun with these beautiful closest relatives of us, in taking pictures and asking questions about them.
You are advised to carry plenty of drinking water and if possible wear long sleeved clothes and a rainy jacket. You will return to the lodge for lunch after chimpanzee trekking and relax while you wait for an evening community experience where you will explore as well as learning a lot about Uganda’s culture. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast you will leave for the medley of wonders. The drive will reward you with great views of the Rwenzori Mountain Range as well as game viewing. You will have lunch at your Lodge, located on the peak of the Mweya peninsula.
Queen Elizabeth National is Uganda’s most visited National park and its worth to be the most visited. Home to more than 500 birds and almost 97 mammal species it is without any doubt a medley of wonders and you will enjoy your time here without regrets. Dine and sleep at your lodge.

Day 5:Early morning game-drive and afternoon boat cruise
Begin the day with a game drive in the morning along the famous Kasenyi plains to see elephants, mangoose, Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, lions, spotted hyenas, water bucks and warthogs, plus various bird species. This drive will take you up to Lake George and later return for lunch at your lodge.
In the afternoon you will have a boat cruise on the famed Kazinga Channel for 2 hours and this will take you past very high populations of hippos, plus other several animals drinking water. This boat cruise offers you a great chance for photography, game viewing as well as bird watching. The abundant bird life is multicolored and amazing with more than 600 species. Dine and slumber at your lodge.
Day 6: Transfer to ishasha for the tree climbing lions
You will set out after having your breakfast and transfer to the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National park the Ishasha area of the Park looking for the tree climbing lions which can only be seen in this part of Uganda. Fortunately, the terrain is open Savannah scattered with acacia and fig trees. You will check-in at the lodge and have lunch then in the evening you will have a sun-downer game-drive into the park with a simple picnic of wines and photography. Dine and sleep at your lodge.

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Have your breakfast not so early today and then after start the journey to the gorilla highlands, this where the highlight of Uganda’s wildlife is based and from here in the impenetrable mountain gorillas share the habitat with chimpanzees and this is the only forest in Africa to own this claim. Reach in the early evening and check-in at your lodge for refreshing and relaxation. Dinner and overnight

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa community tour
Right after breakfast in the early morning (7:00am) you will head to the park headquarters where you will be briefed before going gorilla tracking. The rain forest is thick and it’s crisscrossed by several animal trails. The joy of finally meeting the gorillas and even spending an hour with them will certainly be very memorable an experience worth exploring indeed.
Generally, Gorillas are huge peaceful yet shy animals however you will have a chance to take photographs and observe them play, feed and care for their young. After gorilla trekking you will return at the lodge for lunch and relax as you wait for an evening encounter with the people that used to live in the forest with gorillas before it was gazetted as a protected area. the Batwa group of people are one of the oldest tribes in the world not only Africa and they used to share the impenetrable forest with wild animals, so you will explore how they used to do that and ways of surviving into the forest. You will later return and dine at your lodge.

Day 9: Transfer to Rwanda Via Kisoro
On this day after having your breakfast, you will start the journey to the land of a thousand hills and that is Rwanda. Located south of Uganda this beautiful hilly country is also home of so many diverse flora and fauna. The journey takes about 2-3 hours from Bwindi via Kisoro so you will reach in the afternoon and have lunch at your lodge and then cool off with some relaxation. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Today following an early breakfast (6:30 am) you will be picked by your guide and transfer to the park head quarters for briefing about gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park. It takes about 2-8 hours of trekking through the thick vegetation searching for these gentle giants in their natural habitat. and after meeting them you will be given a full hour of interacting with them in taking pictures.
You are advised to carry plenty of drinking water and packed snacks, if possible wear long sleeved clothes since this is a thick forest and if possible carry a rainy jacket. You will after return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

Day 11: Dian Fossey Grave Tour
Today after breakfast at your lodge you will opt to either go for a Dian Fossey graves visit or to relax at your lodge. Hiking deep into the forest is where the person who did a lot of research and spent most of her life with gorillas was put to rest. After you will return to the lodge and transfer to Kigali after having your lunch.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 12: Departure
Today basing on your time of departure, you may have a city tour to the cultural sites, craft shops, kigali genocide museum or relax at your lodge. You will later be transferred to the airport for your departure.
