#coffee_plant

This is the most famous coffee package from travelers around Masaka City and basically those sleeping at Elite Backpackers. We take you just less than 3 kms west of our facility to one of the biggest coffee farm on the out-skirts of Masaka City.

Meet the local people and learn how they process local coffee from the farm just the cup with local processors and of course with you practicing too. The activity takes about 3-4 hours and there’s actually a lot to see from the farm like learning how they plant coffee trees from the nursery bed to the main grow-scape, how local people harvest coffee from the farm without any help of a machine etc. Lunch will be served from the farm and after you will return to Elite Backpackers or anywhere you were picked up from for dinner and overnight.

Pineapple plantations Experience.

For pineapple diehards, we got you covered, immerse yourselves to one of the biggest pine apple growing farms in the country and explore how and what it takes to own a farm of these sweet and beautiful fruits.

You will learn how the locals protect pine apples from pests and from wild species without actually killing them to protect the eco-system and of course you will practice in pineapple harvesting just if you like and all those takes like less than half a day.

Feel the beauty of getting a fruit just from the garden and have it as your snack on your visit to the farm and after you will return to Elite Backpackers for lunch or even an overnight stay.
